Ground-up bee butt with water. A few drops of water (no way to measure out 0.5ml of water, so I guessed). Has a somewhat unpleasant odor, but not overwhelming. Not sure if it's due to the Nosema, will know more when I do another microscopy session with healthier bee samples.
